Once your subscription has been activated, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate any refunds or modifications. Our role at HDSTREAMIPTV is solely to activate your subscription for the agreed-upon duration. To confirm the activation of your subscription, we will send a screenshot from our panel to your email as evidence.

Our goal is to activate and dispatch your IPTV Subscriptions and IPTV Reseller Panels within 24 hours of receiving your order. To facilitate a seamless process, kindly provide us with information regarding the device you intend to use for your IPTV Subscription.

In the absence of device information in the order notes, we will proceed with activation and send an m3u list. Please be aware that we will not be able to change the format to any other type in the future.
